WHAT SHOULD A CAMPER EXPECT FROM ULTIMATE SOCCER Academy CAMPS?

Campers should expect a collegiate soccer environment, which replicates what it like is to play, live and learn at a division-1 university in the very competitive American Athletic Conference.  NCAA coaches from all levels will be in attendance to our camps. This unique exposure to NCAA coaches is unavailable at any high school or club level.  While this camp is aimed to reflect the intense trainings of a competitive program, we create a fun and enthusiastic environment to ensure the best possible experience for youths at our camp.

HOW DO THE CAMPS HELP WITH THE COLLEGE RECRUITING PROCESS?

At all tournaments and events that your high school or club team is involved in there are probably NCAA coaches in attendance.  But there is no assurance that you will be able to be seen by those coaches.  At Ultimate Soccer Academy camps everyone is guaranteed that a NCAA coach will see them.  At our camp, we offer a NCAA college soccer seminar, where we educate the campers on the structure of NCAA soccer and the recruiting process.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE ONE-DAY CAMPS?

One-Day Camps offer interested players a concise trial of the training, commitment, and preparation that is necessary to play collegiate soccer. All participants will get a chance to interact with Temple's soccer staff in an intimate, intense, and competitive AAC Soccer environment.

CAN I ATTEND MORE THAN ONE CAMP?

Yes, it is beneficial to attend multiple camps because NCAA Coaches vary each Camp.

DO CAMPERS NEED A SOCCER BALL?

YES

DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING MONEY?

Campers should bring CASH for incidental or merchandise purchases from the camp store/ concessions.

WHAT ABOUT GOALKEEPERS?

Goalies will be broken off into their own group and work on position specific drills with an NCAA goalie coach.  To ensure they get exposure to more coaches they will participate in our small-sided games as well as our 11v11 tournament matches.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESIDENT CAMPER AND COMMUTER CAMPER? (For Residential Camps)

A Residential camper is one who will be staying in the dorms for the whole camp. A Commuter camper will commute to and from the camp each day. Commuter campers will be able to leave the camp at the end of their schedule.

Commuter campers generally check in at 8:00 to 8:30 each morning except for registration (first day) in which he will register at 12:30PM. He/she will also be finished around 7:00 to 8:00 in the evening but is invited to stay for the evening sessions.

CAN TEAMS COME TOGETHER FOR A CAMP? HOW DO THEY REGISTER?

Yes, teams are able to register together for our camps.  Please contact our staff at tusoccer@temple.edu and we will provide you a code that will automatically deduct the discount.  This is only applicable with a group of 12 or more.
